All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit at time of booking:
Check-In: 3:00 p.m. We offer both in-person and late-arrival self-check-ins. We will be in touch via SMS on the morning of your arrival to make your check-in a stressless experience.
Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.
Our rates vary by season, weekend, festivals, and holidays and are based on double occupancy. All rates are subject to change.
Most weekends and Thanksgiving – January 4th require a 2-night minimum stay.
As a small, independent property, cancellations affect us significantly. We ask for your understanding in respecting our cancellation policies and encourage the purchase of travel insurance to provide reimbursement options due to personal health issues, family emergencies, or travel delays.
Reservation must be canceled by 3:00 p.m. local hotel time, 7 days prior to arrival in order to avoid forfeiture of deposit.
Reservation must be canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of deposit. If we are able to re-book the rooms, your deposit will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee per room.
Reservation must be canceled at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of deposit.
Occasionally we offer a non-refundable promotional rate at a discount from our standard rates. These reservations require full prepayment at time of booking and are non-refundable, non-cancelable, with no modifications allowed.

Changing the date of a reservation inside the cancellation window is treated as a cancellation.
Our best rates and most flexible cancellation policies are available when you book directly with us. For reservations booked through online travel agencies or other third-party sources, the cancellation policy stated on the booking confirmation from that agency will apply.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Noise violations may result in eviction.
Guests agree to be held liable for any damages to the hotel premises or property. The hotel will charge the card on file to cover the cost of any damage.
