Organic preserves, house-roasted coffee, fresh-baked coffee cake every morning. No packaged pastries, no powdered eggs. You build your plate from the buffet and take your time with it.

Gluten-free bread and non-dairy milk are available on request. A good portion of the spread works as-is for guests avoiding gluten or dairy: eggs, fruit, yogurt, and several cheeses.
Our meats contain pork. We don't offer a fully modified allergen menu, so if you have a severe allergy, please let us know before your stay rather than at check-in. With a day's notice we can usually work something out.
The person who checked you in and showed you to your room is often the same person serving breakfast. That's not an accident. Our staff know the property, know the town, and by morning they usually know a bit about you too. If you want a trail recommendation, a restaurant that's actually worth it, or just someone to talk to over coffee, breakfast is a good time for it.
Breakfast is just the start. Every room also comes with custom natural latex mattresses, Frette bed linens, L'Occitane bath products, and a guaranteed parking spot — plus fireplaces, Jacuzzi tubs, and private balconies depending on the room.
