This policy applies to pensionanna.com and describes how Hotel Pension Anna & Landhaus Erika collects and handles information from visitors to our website. It does not apply to the ResNexus booking engine, which opens separately when you make a reservation and is governed by its own policies.
Reservations and Guest Data
Bookings are processed by ResNexus, our reservation software. When you reserve a room, ResNexus collects your name, contact information, and payment details on their platform. Your data at that point is handled according to the ResNexus Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. ResNexus is PCI compliant and does not sell guest data to third parties.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. The data is aggregate and does not identify you personally.
